When I’m super busy and need to get supper on the table, this is a great go-to recipe!  It does take some time to cook in the oven, but it takes very little time to prepare!  So you can get other things done while it is cooking.
You could serve a salad or deviled eggs with this, but really the whole meal is in the pan.

Easy One Pan Pork Chops with Potatoes and Green Beans

Ingredients

  • 4 boneless pork chops I usually buy the thinner pork chops, about 1/2 inch thick
  • 4 medium to large russet potatoes peeled and sliced thin about 1/4 thick
  • 3 Tblsp butter
  • 1 can of green beans
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350
  • Peel and slice potatoes.
  • Layer in the bottom of a baking dish (9×13).
  • Pour green beans and liquid over potatoes.
  • Salt and Pepper both sides of pork chops
  • Place Pork Chops on top of green beans, cover green beans to keep them from drying.
  • Sprinkle garlic powder and onion powder over pork chops and vegetables.
  • Cut the butter into thin slices and space evenly across pork shops.
  • Bake for 30 minutes, turn pork chops. Bake another 30 minutes. Cook until pork chops are done, you may need to add more time for thicker chops.
