Awesome Stromboli Recipe Your Family Will Love

stromboli
Pepperoni Stromboli, only 4 ingredients

This Awesome Stromboli recipe comes together easily with just four ingredients and is sure to become a family favorite!

Anything pizza is a favorite at my house!  Though this is not a pizza recipe, it is an excellent twist on your normal pizza ingredients.  We make it simple at our house most of the time because it is just much easier to please everyone.  Personally, I would stuff all kinds of delicious ingredients inside the stromboli if it was just myself eating it. I just use two simple ingredients, pepperoni, and mozzarella cheese. Everyone is happy!

This is a very easy stromboli recipe, that requires only 4 ingredients!  My whole family loves it.  I adapted this recipe from one I found on a blog several years ago, but I can no longer find that blog.  I  made my recipe simpler, it’s a great meal for a busy day.

Lay your loaf (or pie crust) on a cookie sheet coated with cooking spray.  Unroll the loaf/pie crust, you will see a seam, this is where you will start unrolling it flat.
Add pepperonis first, then the cheese.  Leave about 1/2-1 inch on all 4 sides.

Now, roll it together, like a cinnamon roll.  Pinch both ends together and pinch the seam, so nothing runs out.  Place the seam side on the bottom.

Bake for about 20 minutes, let cool at least 5 minutes before slicing.

Slice in 1-2 inch pieces.  Serve with pizza sauce for dipping.  Enjoy!!

This recipe is very versatile. You can add mushrooms, olives, onions, green peppers. You could also brush melted butter with some garlic and Italian seasoning over the top, then sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.  Or even change the ingredients.  Ham & Swiss cheese or roast beef and cheddar with ranch dressing for dipping would be great too.

Conclusion

I hope you enjoy this recipe and find it to be simple.  What’s your favorite easy go-to family recipes?  Does your family love pizza?  I think they will love stromboli too!
