So, You want to know how to make the best pasta salad? I’m a big pasta salad fan! It’s a great side dish any time of the year. I usually like to make it and keep a large container of it in the fridge for the week. I can pull it out as a side for most meals. It’s a perfect side for sandwiches in the Summer. This Pasta Salad recipe is so easy and has lots of flavors!
I call this recipe Bacon Ranch Pasta Salad with Peas. It has simple ingredients and will come together quickly. The pasta salad is great for any potluck dinner! I came up with this recipe when I was craving pasta salad and had a bag of frozen peas in the freezer. I decided to add hard boiled eggs because I had an abundance of eggs from our hens. I’m always looking for new ways to use up our fresh eggs. I added bacon and ranch because bacon and ranch make everything better!
If you decide to use bacon bits instead of sliced bacon make sure to use real bacon bits.
