How to Make Perfect Easy to Peel Hard-Boiled Eggs Every Time

Ingredients
  

  • eggs
  • pan for boiling eggs
  • slotted spoon
  • bowl
  • ice
  • water

Instructions
 

  • Fill pan with enough water to cover the eggs when you place them in the water. Bring water to a boil.
  • Gently place eggs in boiling water with the slotted spoon.
  • Turn heat down to a gentle boil.
  • Fill a seprate bowl half way with ice and water.
  • Boil eggs for 13 minutes.
  • Remove eggs from boiling water with slotted spoon and place in iced water.
  • Let set in iced water for 5 minutes.
  • Remove from iced water, dry off. Crack eggs, rolling across table. Peel eggs easily, then rinse with water and dry with towel.
