Fill pan with enough water to cover the eggs when you place them in the water. Bring water to a boil.
Gently place eggs in boiling water with the slotted spoon.
Turn heat down to a gentle boil.
Fill a seprate bowl half way with ice and water.
Boil eggs for 13 minutes.
Remove eggs from boiling water with slotted spoon and place in iced water.
Let set in iced water for 5 minutes.
Remove from iced water, dry off. Crack eggs, rolling across table. Peel eggs easily, then rinse with water and dry with towel.
