Melt butter in large skillet over medium heat. Add squash and bell pepper and saute until soft, flipping to suate both sides. Mix the remaining ingredients together, pour about half of the flour mixture over the top of the squash and peppers coating as evenly as possible. Flip ove squash and peper to reveal the uncoated side. Pour flour mixture over the squash using all or as much as you need to cover the squash. Let it saute until golden brown on the bottom side, then flip over to saute the other side. Serve warm.
