Make stuffing mix according to package directions.
Slice squash thinly and into bite sized pieces. Melt butter in skillet over medium heat. Saute squash in butter, turning occasionaly, until tender or desired consistency. I like to cook mine until it slightly browns, which takes about 10 minutes to cook.
Combine Stuffing and squash and serve warm.
Additional Tips: You may also saute onions, celery, and/or green pepers with ths squash for added flavor.
Place your squash and stuffing mixture in an oven safe pan sprayed with cooking spray and bake at 350 for 15 minutes. This will make the stuffing crispy.
