Preheat overn to 350.
Slice sweet rolls in half with a large serrated knife. You will have a top bun section and a bottom bun section, keeping the buns connected (don't pull each bun apart). Set the bottom section in an 8x13" casserole dish sprayed with cooking spray
Heat olive oil on stove in medium to large skillet over medium heat, add chopped onions and sliced mushrooms. Cook until golden brown and caramelized.
Evenly place the chopped roast beef across the bottom layer of buns
Add your onions and mushrooms as the second later.
Next, add the cheese and then cover with the top half of buns.
Melt 4 Tablespoons of butter in microwave in a small bowl, add mustard, worcesteshire sauch and brown sugar. Mix well, then pour over the sliders. You can use a basting brush or spatula to spread it more evenly.
Place in oven and cook for 10-15 mintues covered with foil. Cook an additional 10 minutes uncovered. Checking to make sure they are not bruning on the top.
