In a bowl mix hamburger, bread crumbs, egg, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Form into 4 thick hamburger patties.
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add hamburger patties. Gook until each side is dark brown and crispy. Remove and set aside on a plate.
Add flour to the oil and stir to soak up grease from burgers. Add more oil if needed. Stir for 3-4 minutes until the mixture is a light brown. Add beef broth slowly while stirring. Stir until sauce thickens slightly, then add burgers back to skillet. Turn heat to simmer and cover for 20-30 minutes.
